PROCESS
HOW WE WORK
We review business goals and current challenges. Looking at interfaces, products, and work in progress helps identify the decisions that need to be made and where the process has stalled.
We clarify design direction and priorities, connecting them to reviews and improvement proposals. We also consider responsibilities, production processes, and how quality is assessed in the context of the actual work.
Alongside focused consultations and reviews, we can work as an external Chief Design Officer. Ongoing support can include revisiting direction, training and hiring, and assembling external teams to help the organization move its design work forward.
